Aoife Hogarty is a highly sought after natural health practitioner based in Nenagh, Co Tipperary. She accumulated a wealth of knowledge over many years of study and practice. She qualified in Integrated Bodywork and Energy Technique in 2014. She later went on to study psychology, mediumship and achieved diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology, Symbology & Workshop Leadership & Teaching Skills.
She combines her knowledge, intuition and techniques to give you a unique treatment you won't find anywhere else. Bringing balance back into your body, back into your mind and back into your life!

Integrated Bodywork & Energy Technique
Integrated Bodywork and Energy Technique is a mixture of Amatsu (bodywork), Sacral Cranial Therapy, Energy Work and Massage. The treatments work on a cellular level. It works with the holistic body (Physical, Mental, Emotional, Energetic, Spiritual body). Releasing tension, allowing your body and mind to relax, and your physical structure to shift and rebalance. They also help to clear your mind, boost your immune system, and give you more energy.
